Use this key to enter security room on 3rd floor.Item required to open the electrified door.Step By Step Walkthrough StepDescription1Goto the 3rd floor and find hidden electric wire behind the picture on 3rd floor. Cut the wire and deactivate electricity.2Use Crowbar to break the wood plate on electrified door.3Use Padlock Key to unlock the padlock on electrified door.4Unlock the security room on 3rd floor with Security Key5Go up the ladder in the security room and enter 4th floor.6Push the red button behind the iron grate with stun gun or shot gun.7Enter the iron-barred room and open the shelf by cutting off the chain with Cutting Pliers.
